On the holding of the 2022 National Conference on Development of Specialized and Sophisticated SMEs, I would like to extend my warm congratulations!
值此2022全國專精特新中小企業發展大會召開之際，我向大會表示熱烈祝賀！
Small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are important to each household and have been a vital force to advance innovation, facilitate employment and improve people's livelihood. I hope that the specialized and sophisticated SMEs that produce novel and unique products could focus on and refine their main business so as to play an even more important role in stabilizing the industrial and supply chains and promoting economic and social development. Party committees and governments at all levels should resolutely implement the decisions and arrangements of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and create a favorable environment for the development of SMEs. More efforts should be made to support their growth and boost their confidence. Solid steps should be taken to advance enterprises' innovation, strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights and nurture more specialized and sophisticated SMEs that could produce novel and unique products.
中小企業聯系千家萬戶，是推動創新、促進就業、改善民生的重要力量。希望專精特新中小企業聚焦主業，精耕細作，在提升產業鏈供應鏈穩定性、推動經濟社會發展中發揮更加重要的作用。各級黨委和政府要堅決貫徹落實黨中央決策部署，為中小企業發展營造良好環境，加大對中小企業支持力度，堅定企業發展信心，著力在推動企業創新上下功夫，加強產權保護，激發涌現更多專精特新中小企業。
